It’s one of the best places I’ve been in Texas!!! No filters needed, great area, amazing experience for my family. Donny is an awesome host!! Deers would come every evening to feed. I love this place!

We were so lucky to find this last minute weekend stay DIRECTLY ON THE RIVER - Donny was quick to accommodate all our requests and helped us plan the best float- he dropped us off at 7 bluffs and we floated back to our cabin in a few hours! His place has it all- walk 100 yards to the river, picnic tables to eat with a best view in town! We had more fun tying to the table and watching everyone else float by too! The pool was a special touch! Comfy beds and nice and dark to sleep late best all around fun
We went here for our best friend’s Bachelorette weekend and everything was PERFECT! Donnie was so easy to work with, made everything so smooth and easy where we could enjoy our trip without any issues. He and the staff were attentive, and always offered help. Before the trip and during the trip he was always available with any questions we had and very responsive. If your looking for a clean, relaxing, and all around badass trip, this is your stop. Would definitely recommend!
Although you can see the ravished areas by the recent floods. the area was pretty clean and we really enjoyed ourselves.. it's a great place to go and relax although always keep watch on the weather
Awesome property for all ages. Very clean rooms and restrooms. Big family room and beautiful wooden kitchen. River access is a plus. The host Donny is wonderful to work with.
Amazing house!!! Very attentive host!! Free shuttle service to float the Frio. Private river access with picnic table and shade. Laundry facilities included. We had a great time and made lots of great memories!! 10 stars!
Not only was the house absolutely gorgeous, clean and a great spot on the river, the owner was the most hospitable man I have met. He was extremely helpful with directions to the house and actively engaged in helping out with any thing we needed. I would 100% recommend staying here. We will be back! By the way, the A/C keeps it super cold no matter the temp outside
